Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
PIEZO1 Antibody, KIAA0233 Antibody, Protein FAM38A Antibody, Protein PIEZO1 Antibody, FAM38A Antibody, Mib Antibody
Pore-forming subunit of a mechanosensitive non-specific cation channel. Generates currents characterized by a linear current-voltage relationship and are sensitive to ruthenium red and gadolinium. Plays a key role in epithelial cell adhesion by maintaining integrin activation through R-Ras recruitment to the ER, most probably in its activated state, and subsequent stimulation of calpain signaling.
Immunohistochemistry: PIEZO1 Antibody - Analysis of PIEZ01 in mouse epidermis using DAB with hematoxylin counterstain. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: PIEZO1 Antibody - PIEZO1 antibody was tested in A431 cells with FITC (green). Nuclei and alpha-tubulin were counterstained with DAPI (blue) and Dylight 594 (red). This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
