Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Synthetic phospho-Thr-containing peptides coupled to KLH.
Binds phosphorylated threonine residues in a manner largely independent of the surrounding amino acid sequence. The phospho-specific antibody does not cross-react with phospho-tyrosine- or phospho-serine-containing sequences. By ELISA it recognizes a wide variety of threonine-phosphorylated peptides and by 2D gel Western blot analysis it recognizes a large number of presumably threonine-phosphorylated proteins. Recognizes all species.
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Western Blot: 1:1000. Immunoprecipitation: 1:50.
10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol. No preservative added.
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
