Phosphoserine containing peptides.
Specificity
Species cross-reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat, Dog. Recognizes a broad range of serine-phosphorylated proteins in crude cell extracts. The antibody has a preference for positively charged amino acids directly next to the phosphoserine. Please note that phosphoserine detection by monoclonal antibodies is always dependent on the surrounding amino acid sequence.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation: 1-10 ug per 1E6 pervanadate-treated A431 cells. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml with HRP/ECL detection. BSA/Tween 20 based blocking buffer. Do not use milk/casein for blocking and dilution!
