Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
PGK1 Antibody, MIG10 Antibody, Primer recognition protein 2 Antibody, PRP 2 Antibody, PGKA Antibody, Phosphoglycerate kinase 1 Antibody
PGK1/Phosphoglycerate Kinase 1 is a glycolytic enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of 1,3-diphosphoglycerate to 3-phosphoglycerate. The encoded protein may also act as a cofactor for polymerase alpha. Additionally, this protein is secreted by tumor cells where it participates in angiogenesis by functioning to reduce disulfide bonds in the serine protease, plasmin, which consequently leads to the release of the tumor blood vessel inhibitor angiostatin.
Anti-PGK1/Phosphoglycerate Kinase 1 antibody IHC staining of human small intestine. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B10635 concentration 10 ug/ml. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Western blot of Phosphoglycerate kinase 1 antibody at 2 ug/ml. Lane 1: EC109 whole cell lysate. Lane 2: 293T whole cell lysate. Secondary: Goat polyclonal to Rabbit IgG at 1:15000 dilution. Predicted band size: 46 kDa. Observed band size: 46 kDa. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
