Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. Immunohistochemistry (paraformaldehyde and frozen): 2-20 ug/ml. Immunofluorescence: 2-20 ug/ml. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide per well.
