E.coli-derived human PER2 recombinant protein (Position: N13-K330). Human PER2 shares 84% and 83% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat PER2, respectively.

Widely expressed. Found in heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeleatal muscle, kidney and pancreas. High levels in skeletal muscle and pancreas. Low levels in lung. Isoform 2 is expressed in keratinocytes (at protein level). .

Reconstitution
Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500µg/ml.

At -20°C for 1 year. After reconstitution, at 4°C for 1 month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for a longer time. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
