Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Penicillinase [Enterobacter cloacae]. Cross reactivity against Penicillinase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Anti-Penicillinase has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Penicillinase [Enterobacter cloacae] in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:20000 to 1:100000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide

Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.

Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
