Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Flow Cytometry. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Flow Cytometry: 25 ug/ml; 10 ul labels 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume 200ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
