Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

PEBP1 / RKIP antibody was raised against synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human RKIP protein.
Specific for the C-terminal region of the RKIP protein. On Western blots, it identifies a band at 30kD in RKIP-transfected HEK293 lysates and 23kD in HEK293 lysates or total mouse brain lysates. Reactivity has been confirmed with HEK 293 lysates. Immunoprecipitation tests with HEK293 cell preparations also yielded the ~23kD band.
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation: 7-10 ug/IP reaction. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1% Sodium Azide
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
Binds ATP, opioids and phosphatidylethanolamine. Has lower affinity for phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylcholine. Serine protease inhibitor which inhibits thrombin, neuropsin and chymotrypsin but not trypsin, tissue type plasminogen activator and elastase By similarity. Inhibits the kinase activity of RAF1 by inhibiting its activation and by dissociating the RAF1/MEK complex and acting as a competitive inhibitor of MEK phosphorylation.
