Detects phosphorylated Ser or Thr that is surrounded by Tyr or Phe at the -1 and +1 positions and Phe at the -4 position. It also recognizes peptides containing Lys instead of Phe at the -4 position. Does not cross-react with the non-phosphorylated PDK1 docking motifs or with other phosphorylated motifs. This antibody detects endogenous levels of phosphorylated proteins containing PDK1 docking motif, including phospho-Akt.
