Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
PDLIM2 Antibody, MYSTIQUE Antibody, PDZ-LIM protein mystique Antibody, PDZ and LIM domain protein 2 Antibody, SLIM Antibody
PDLIM2 / SLIM is a member of the ALP subfamily of PDZ-LIM domain proteins. The encoded protein suppresses anchorage-dependent growth and promotes cell migration and adhesion through interactions with the actin cytoskeleton via the PDZ domain. The encoded protein is also a putative tumor suppressor protein, and decreased expression of this gene is associated with several malignancies including breast cancer and adult T-cell leukemia.
IHC of paraffin-embedded Human Kidney tissue using anti-PDLIM2 mouse monoclonal antibody.
Anti-PDLIM2 mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY PDLIM2.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY PDLIM2 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-PDLIM2.
Flow cytometry of Jurkat cells, using anti-PDLIM2 antibody (Red), compared to a nonspecific negative control antibody (Blue).
Flow cytometry of HeLa cells, using anti-PDLIM2 antibody (Red), compared to a nonspecific negative control antibody (Blue).
HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-PDLIM2 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
