Recognizes a non-histone protein of 36kD, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). Species cross-reactivity: Human, mouse, rat, insect and yeast.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation (Native and denatured): 2 ug/mg protein lysate. Use Protein A. Western Blot: 1:25 for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:100-1:200 for 20 minutes at RT. Requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Positive control: Raji cells. Tonsil, lymph node, or small intestine.

Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
