Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
TOPK is a TOPK protein kinase which may be associated with cell signaling in lymphokine-activated killer T (T-LAK) cells and spermatogenesis. Studies suggest that mitotic phosphorylation is required for its catalytic activity. Similar to MEK3/MAP2K3 and MKK6/MAP2K6, activated TOPK phosphorylates the MAP kinase p38. At least two mRNA variants have been identified - a major full-length form and a minor spliced form at the 5'-site, both encoding the same protein.
Western blot of lysate from mouse testis tissue lysate, using Mouse Pbk Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane.
Western blot of lysate from HeLa cell line, using Mouse Pbk Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug.
