PAX8 antibody LS-B13466 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to PAX8 from human. It is reactive with human, mouse and primate. Validated for IF, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

Purified internal fragment of human recombinant PAX8 expressed in E. coli.
Specificity
Western blot analysis detects a prominent ~48 kD protein in human adenocarcinoma SKOV-3 and SV40 transformed African green monkey (Cercopithecus aethiops) kidney cells. In SKOV-3 cells, additional unknown low molecular bands are also detected. Specificity of the antibody was confirmed in HeLa (negative control) and 293T cells overexpressing full length PAX8.

Usage
Antigen retrieval with HIER and 10 mM sodium citrate is recommended for IHC using FFPE tissue samples.
