Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Paraformaldehyde (4%) fixed frozen): 1:10-1:20 Pretreat for 10 min with 20 mM glycine in PBS, pH 7.5 and then for 10 min with 6N guanidine hydrochloride in 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5. Western Blot (ECL): 1:10-20.
