The Parkin antibody was tested to pull down endogenously expressed Parking in HIT-T15 cells (Lane 1, HIT-T15 cells; Lane 2, negative control) and transiently transfected Parkin in Hek cells (Lane 3, Hek cells; Lane 4, negative control). Amount of antibody used: 4 ul (=4 ug) Lysate of cells used: 1000 ug.
The Parkin antibody was tested to detect Parkin levels in stable Hek cells expressing Parkin. Antibody dilutions: 1:250 and 1:1000 Hek cell lysate used: 50 ug (lanes 1 & 4): 100 ug (lanes 2 & 5); 200 ug (lanes 3 & 6).
