Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
PANK2 is a protein belonging to the pantothenate kinase family and is the only member of that family to be expressed in mitochondria. Pantothenate kinase is a key regulatory enzyme in the biosynthesis of coenzyme A (CoA) in bacteria and mammalian cells. It catalyzes the first committed step in the universal biosynthetic pathway leading to CoA and is itself subject to regulation through feedback inhibition by acyl CoA species.
IHC of paraffin-embedded Human liver tissue using anti-PANK2 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
IHC of paraffin-embedded Carcinoma of Human prostate tissue using anti-PANK2 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
IHC of paraffin-embedded Human prostate tissue using anti-PANK2 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
Anti-PANK2 mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY PANK2.
Western blot of extracts (35 ug) from 9 different cell lines by using anti-PANK2 monoclonal antibody.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY PANK2 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-PANK2.
Flow cytometry of Jurkat cells, using anti-PANK2 antibody, (Red), compared to a nonspecific negative control antibody, (Blue).
HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-PANK2 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
