Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal (IgG1,k) to Bovine Pancreatic Trypsin Inhibitor / Aprotinin
Bovine Pancreatic Trypsin Inhibitor / Aprotinin
Bovine (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein A/G purified
Specificity and Use
Aprotinin from bovine lung adsorbed onto aluminum hydroxide gel.
Binds bovine aprotinin immobilized on a solid phase or free in solution.
ELISA: 1:33,000. 1ug/ml of LS-C92154 (as capture antibody) forms an antibody pair with this antibody, LS-C92156,(as biotinylated detection antibody) for sandwich ELISA of aprotinin at sample concentrations of 4-250ug/ml. Both urine and plasma samples diluted 1:1000 can be assayed against standards in buffer. PBS-based buffers are unsuitable for this assay and 0.2M glycine sodium buffer, pH 8.8, is recommended for washing and dilution buffers. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
PBS, pH 7.4, 15mM sodium azide
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
