Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (1:500 - 1:1000)
PAK6 antibody was raised against fusion protein against amino acid 151-250 fragment from human PAK6.
Specific for PAK6. Species cross-reactivity: human and bovine.
Suitable for use in Western blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 (ECL) Endogenous Protein. Western Blot: 1:5000 (ECL) Expressed Protein. Positive control: PC3- ARCAP cell lines (human prostate cancer cell Lines) and bovine brain.
Antisera in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.05% sodium azide.
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
PAK6 is a member of a family of p21-stimulated serine/threonine protein kinases, which contain an amino-terminal Cdc42/Rac interactive binding (CRIB) domain and a carboxyl-terminal kinase domain. These kinases function in a number of cellular processes, including cytoskeleton rearrangement, apoptosis, and the mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase signaling pathway.
