Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About PAK2

Q13177 NM_002577 NP_002568.2

PAK2 Antibody, HPAK65 Antibody, p58 Antibody, PAK65 Antibody, PAKgamma Antibody, Pak-2 Antibody, S6/H4 kinase Antibody, Gamma-PAK Antibody, p21-activated kinase 2 Antibody

Serine/threonine protein kinase that plays a role in a variety of different signaling pathways including cytoskeleton regulation, cell motility, cell cycle progression, apoptosis or proliferation. Acts as downstream effector of the small GTPases CDC42 and RAC1. Activation by the binding of active CDC42 and RAC1 results in a conformational change and a subsequent autophosphorylation on several serine and/or threonine residues. Full-length PAK2 stimulates cell survival and cell growth.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
IHC of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer (left) and gastric cancer (right) using PAK2 mouse monoclonal antibody with DAB staining.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Confocal immunofluorescence of HeLa cells using PAK2 mouse monoclonal antibody (green). Blue: DRAQ5 fluorescent DNA dye.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot using PAK2 mouse monoclonal antibody against HeLa (1), Jurkat (2), A549 (3), HEK293 (4) and K562 (5) cell lysate.
