Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

HCRTR2 Antibody, Hcrt receptor 2 Antibody, Hcr tr2 Antibody, Orexin receptor type 2 Antibody, Ox-2-R Antibody, OX2 receptor Antibody, OX2R Antibody, Orexin 2 receptor Antibody, Type 2 hypocretin receptor Antibody, Orexin receptor 2 Antibody, Hypocretin receptor 2 Antibody, Hypocretin receptor type 2 Antibody, Orexin type 2 receptor Antibody, OX-R2 Antibody, Ox2-R Antibody, Type 2 orexin receptor Antibody

OX2R, an Orexin Receptor, recognizes both hypothalamic neuropeptides orexin-A and orexin-B. This receptor is involved in the central feedback mechanism that regulates sleeping, feeding, and drinking behaviors. Activation of OX2R stimulates food consumption. Mutations of OX2R lead to narcolepsy in dogs and mice.
