OX1R / Orexin Receptor 1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide corresponding to aa327-342, FRQASDREAVYACFTF to human Orexin Receptor type 1. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Monkey, Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Elephant, Panda, Bovine, Horse (100%); Gibbon, Marmoset, Bat, Rabbit, Pig (94%); Dog (88%).
Recognizes human Orexin receptor type 1 at 48kD. Species cross-reactivity: mouse, rat, rabbit.
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 2.0 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin and formalin): 1-2 ug/ml.
