Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
OTUD5 Antibody, Deubiquitinating enzyme A Antibody, Deubiquinating enzyme A Antibody, DUBA Antibody, OTU domain containing 5 Antibody
OTUD5 is a member of the OTU (ovarian tumor) domain-containing cysteine protease superfamily. The OTU domain confers deubiquitinase activity and the encoded protein has been shown to suppress the type I interferon-dependent innate immune response by cleaving the polyubiquitin chain from an essential type I interferon adaptor protein. Cleavage results in disassociation of the adaptor protein from a downstream signaling complex and disruption of the type I interferon signaling cascade.
IHC of DUBA in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human liver tissue using an isotype control (top) and LS-C148579 (bottom) at 5 ug/ml.
Western blot of DUBA in human liver lysate in the 1) absence and 2) presence of immunizing peptide, 3) mouse liver lysate and 4) rat liver lysate using LS-C148579 at 4 ug/ml. Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody, and PicoTect ECL substrate solution, were used for this test.
