Usage
Suitable for use in RIA, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 100-1000 ug/ml. Coat plate with Osteocalcin at 5-10 ug/ml. Western Blot: 10 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: 10-15 ug/ml. Note: Assays require 1-2 mM CaCl2.
