  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

OSMR / IL-31R-Beta antibody was raised against human OSMR
This AN-V2 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of the A375 cell line. This can be used at 5 ul (0.5 ug)/per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test.

Aqueous buffer, 0.09% sodium azide, contains stabilizer if necessary
Store at +4°C. Do not freeze. Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

About OSMR / IL-31R-Beta

OSMR Antibody, IL-31R-beta Antibody, IL-31R subunit beta Antibody, PLCA1 Antibody, Oncostatin M receptor Antibody, OSMRB Antibody, IL-31 receptor subunit beta Antibody, IL-31RB Antibody

OSMR / IL-31R-Beta is a member of the type I cytokine receptor family. The encoded protein heterodimerizes with interleukin 6 signal transducer to form the type II oncostatin M receptor and with interleukin 31 receptor A to form the interleukin 31 receptor, and thus transduces oncostatin M and interleukin 31 induced signaling events. Mutations in this gene have been associated with familial primary localized cutaneous amyloidosis.
