Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rabbit Polyclonal (IgG) to Human OSM / Oncostatin M
IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, ELISA
Mouse Monoclonal (IgG2a) to Human OSM / Oncostatin M
Western blot, ELISA
Human OSM / Oncostatin M
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein A purified
Specificity and Use
OSM / Oncostatin M antibody was raised against recombinant full length protein (Human) expressed in E. coli.
Shows < 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human LIF, but does not cross-react with recombinant mouse OSM and recombinant human IL6. Species cross-reactivity: Cross-reacts with Human. Does not cross-react with Mouse. Not yet tested in other species.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Positive control: Tested with human TF-1 cell line.
OSM Antibody, Oncostatin-M Antibody, Oncostatin M Antibody
Growth regulator. Inhibits the proliferation of a number of tumor cell lines. Stimulates proliferation of AIDS-KS cells. It regulates cytokine production, including IL-6, G-CSF and GM-CSF from endothelial cells. Uses both type I OSM receptor (heterodimers composed of LIPR and IL6ST) and type II OSM receptor (heterodimers composed of OSMR and IL6ST). Involved in the maturation of fetal hepatocytes, thereby promoting liver development and regeneration.
