Specificity
Recognizes Kappa Opioid Receptor (346-380). Reactivity of the Kappa Opioid Receptor is ~90%. Does not react to Delta Opioid Receptor and Mu Opioid Receptor. Has been found to stain specifically the kappa opioid receptor in Western blots of whole rat brain homogenates.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. The stock solution should be further diluted 1:8 with (Note: higher dilutions may be needed) 2% normal goat serum in TBS/Tween-20 as buffer for the primary antibody.
