OAS1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-THEYPHFSHRPST from an internal region (near C-terminus) of human OAS1 (NP_058132.2). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla (100%).
Human OAS1. This antibody is expected to recognize isoforms 1 (NP_058132.2) only.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 50kD band observed in lysates of cell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 46.0kD according to NP_058132.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml.
