Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
Histone specific, reacting preferentially with histone H1, a nuclear protein necessary for the condensation of nucleosome chains into higher order structures. This antibody stains nuclei of all human cell types and also stains chromosomes diffusely in metaphase cells. Intense diffuse staining is obtained in interphase cells. Species cross-reactivity: rat.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin), and Western Blot. Immunofluorescence: 1:20-1:30.
PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months
