Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human Polyclonal (IgG) to Human Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein (RNP)
Human Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein (RNP)
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Delipidated and defibrinated
ELISA (1:100 - 1:1000)
Specificity and Use
Undiluted antibody shows a strong nRNP precipitin band. Specificity is verified by a precipitin line of identity with the CDC-AF reference serum. This product shows no reactivity at a dilution of 1:100 when tested against purified Ro/SS-A, La/SS-B, Sm, Scl-70, Jo-1, Mitochondrial or Ribosomal P antigens in an ELISA system designed to detect IgG antibody. Exhibits strong positive in an Anti-nRNP ELISA system.
Suitable for use in ELISA. 1:100-1:1000.
Lyophilized from 0.01 M PBS, 0.02% sodium azide. Reconstitute in 2.0 ml deionized water.
2,000 µl deionized water
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles.
