Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About NRAS / N-ras

P01111 NM_002524 NP_002515.1

NRAS Antibody, HRAS1 Antibody, NRAS1 Antibody, NS6 Antibody, ALPS4 Antibody, Transforming protein N-Ras Antibody, N-ras Antibody, N-ras protein part 4 Antibody, GTPase NRas Antibody

The N-ras oncogene is a member of the RAS gene family. It is mapped on chromosome 1, and it is activated in HL60, a promyelocytic leukemia line. The order of nearby genes is as follows: cen--CD2--NGFB--NRAS--tel. The mammalian ras gene family consists of the harvey and kirsten ras genes (c-Hras1 and c-Kras2), an inactive pseudogene of each (c-Hras2 and c-Kras1) and the N-ras gene. They differ significantly only in the C-terminal 40 amino acids.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Confocal immunofluorescence of NRAS Antibody with NCI-H460 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of anti-NRAS Antibody in CEM cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). NRAS(arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of NRAS (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal NRAS Antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the NRAS gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
NRAS Antibody flow cytometry of NCI-H460 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
