Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone 357] (IgG2b,k) to Mouse NR4A1 / NUR77

Specificity and Use
NR4A1 / NUR77 antibody was raised against mouse NR4A1
This 357 antibody has been tested by western blot on lysates prepared from mouse thymocytes stimulated with PMA and ionomycin for two hours. This antibody can be used at 5 ug/mL. It is recommended that this antibody by titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
Nak1, a NR4 Nerve Growth Factor-Like receptor, has been shown to affect the hypothalamic-pituitary axis, neuronal differentiation, neuroendocrine regulation of adrenocortical function, and T-cell apoptosis. Nak1 also is known as nuclear receptor Tr3 and is similar to mouse Nur77 and rat NGFI-B. It is encoded by one of the immediate early genes (IEG) in response to nerve growth factor and other serum growth factors.
Western Blot of PMA and ionomycin-stimulated (lane 1) and unstimulated (lane 2) mouse thymocytes with 5 ug/mL anti-mouse Nur77 antibody. The band was visualized using HRP-conjugated rat anti-mouse IgG.
