Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Monkey (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (11 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
NR0B1 / DAX1 antibody was raised against synthetic 20 amino acid peptide from C-terminus of human DAX1. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Orangutan, Monkey (100%); Gorilla (95%); Gibbon (90%); Marmoset (85%).
LS-E29093 - Liquid - 50 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-A5716. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Human DAX1. BLAST analysis of the peptide immunogen showed no homology with other human proteins.
PBS, less than 0.1% sodium azide.
Aliquot and store undiluted at -20°C or below for up to 1 year. Can be stored undiluted at 4°C for up to 1 month. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
DAX-1 (DSS-AHC critical region on the X chromosome, gene 1) is an orphan NRO Knirps-Like nuclear receptor that is involved in adrenal gland and gonad development. DAX-1 has been shown to negatively regulate transcription of the nuclear receptor steroidogenic factor 1 (SF-1). DAX-1 is also involved in the development and differentiation of anterior pituitary cells and in steroidogenesis.
