Specificity and Use
NOS3 / eNOS antibody was raised against heNOS (2-11) covalently attached onto a carrier protein.
Recognizes heNOS (2-11) and recombinant heNOS (NOS type III). The reactivity of heNOS (cap-2-11Cys 12) and recombinant myristoylated heNOS (myristoylated NOS type III) is ~50%. Does not react to recombinant hnNOS (NOS type I) and recombinant hiNOS (NOS type II). Specific for the amino terminal of heNOS.
