Recognizes heNOS (cap-2-11Cys 12) and recombinant myristoylated heNOS (myristoylated eNOS type III). Does not react to heNOS (2-11Cys 12), recombinant heNOS (NOS type III), recombinant hnNOS (NOS type I) and recombinant hiNOS (NOS type II). Specific for the myristoylated form of heNOS.
