Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:1000 (ECL, rat liver) Not recommended for use on rat brain extracts since unidentified bands may be present. Immunocytochemistry: 1:50000 (Cultured cells). Immunohistochemistry:1:5000 (ABC) (Tissue sections of rat liver).
