Peptide analog of the C-Terminus of hiNOS covalently attached onto a carrier protein.

Specificity
Recognizes hiNOS (1137-1153) and the reactivity of rhiNOS (Type 2) is ~50%. Does not react to rhnNOS (Type 1) and rheNOS (Type 3). Has been found to stain specifically hiNOS in Western immunoblots of A-172 cells induced to produce hiNOS.
