Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

NOMO1 / PM5 is a protein originally thought to be related to the collagenase gene family. This gene is one of three highly similar genes in a region of duplication located on the p arm of chromosome 16. These three genes encode closely related proteins that may have the same function. The protein encoded by one of these genes has been identified as part of a protein complex that participates in the Nodal signaling pathway during vertebrate development.
Western blot of NOMO1(arrow) using rabbit polyclonal NOMO1 Antibody (S1205). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with NOMO1 gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).
NOMO1-S1205 western blot of MCF-7 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The NOMO1 antibody detected the NOMO1 protein (arrow).
