Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Recognizes muramyl dipeptide (MDP) constituents of bacterial peptidoglycans and plays a key role in gastrointestinal immunity: upon stimulation, binds the proximal adapter receptor-interacting RIPK2, which recruits ubiquitin ligases as XIAP, BIRC2, BIRC3 and the LUBAC complex, triggering activation of MAP kinases and activation of NF-kappa-B signaling, leading to activate the transcription of hundreds of genes involved in immune response.
Anti-NOD2 antibody IHC of mouse lymph node. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B5951 concentration 10 ug/ml.
Western Blot of 293T cell control lysate (1) and 293T cells transfected with mouse NOD2 (2). 2 x105 cells were loaded per lane, resolved by SDS-PAGE and transferred to PVDF. The blots were then probed with 2 ug/ml of 26mNOD2 antibody followed by polyclonal anti-rat secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and visualized by chemiluminescence.
