Synthetic neuromedin U from porcine sequence (BSA coupled).
Specificity
Recognizes porcine Neuromedin U. Absorption with 10-100 ug immunogen per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining. Species cross-reactivity: Chicken and rat.
Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections). Immunofluorescence microscopy: 1:1000-1:1500 (using FITC) with overnight incubation at 2-8?C. Positive control: Frozen sections of chicken small intestine.
