Neuromedin B receptor (NMBR) a Bombesin Receptor that activates phospholipase and protein kinase C and enhances calcium mobilization. NMBR binds neuromedin B, a potent mitogen and growth factor for normal and neoplastic lung and for gastrointestinal epithelial tissues.
