Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
Nitrotyrosine antibody was raised against nitrotyrosine.
Recognizes nitrotyrosine as both free amino acid and as present in nitrated proteins. Reactivity of this antibody with nitrated proteins is independent of the protein species of origin.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.5-5 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: ~5 ug/IP reaction. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 1-2 ug/ml; Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Western Blot: Peroxynitrite treated A431 cells lysates.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1% sodium azide.
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles.
