Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Nitrotyrosine antibody was raised against synthetic nitro-tyrosine containing peptides coupled to KLH.
Detects proteins and peptides containing nitro-tyrosine in a manner independent of the surrounding amino acid sequence. It is a valuable tool for identifying new nitrated proteins as well as for assaying protein nitration and measuring levels of nitrated proteins in tissues and samples. Does not cross-react with unmodified tyrosine or with phospho-tyrosine.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry (ABC detection method). Western Blot: 1:1000, incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunocytochemistry (ABC): 1:50. ELISA: 1:1000.
10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol. No preservative added.
