Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Anti-NFKBIA / IKB Alpha / IKBA Antibody (aa12-41) LS-C164850
Rabbit Polyclonal to Human NFKBIA / IKB Alpha / IKBA
Human
IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Flow Cytometry
Unconjugated
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma with NFKBIA Antibody (S32/36 ), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Anti-NFKBIA / IKB Alpha / IKBA Antibody (phospho-Ser32/Ser36) LS-C352580
Rabbit Polyclonal to Human NFKBIA / IKB Alpha / IKBA
Human, Mouse, Rat, Bovine, Pig, Sheep
IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Unconjugated
Immunohistochemical analysis of IKB alpha (pS32/S36) staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

About NFKBIA / IKB Alpha / IKBA

P25963 NM_020529 NP_065390.1

NFKBIA Antibody, IkB-alpha Antibody, IKBA Antibody, IkappaBalpha Antibody, MAD3 Antibody, NF-kappa-B inhibitor alpha Antibody, NFKBI Antibody, I-kappa-B-alpha Antibody, IKB Alpha Antibody, MAD-3 Antibody

Inhibits the activity of dimeric NF-kappa-B/REL complexes by trapping REL dimers in the cytoplasm through masking of their nuclear localization signals. On cellular stimulation by immune and proinflammatory responses, becomes phosphorylated promoting ubiquitination and degradation, enabling the dimeric RELA to translocate to the nucleus and activate transcription.
