Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Indirect ELISA: 1:5000-1:10000 using peptide coating at 0.5-1 ug/well in 0.05 M carbonate/bicarbonate buffer, pH 9.6 and pNPP as substrate. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:8000-1:16000 using 4% paraformaldehyde perfusion-fixed sections of rat brain. Positive control: NPY-containing neurons (cell bodies, axons and dendrites) in frozen sections of rat brain.
