Applications

Flow Cytometry

Usage

Suitable for use in Flow cytometry: 0.1 mg/ml. Add 10 ul of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. The binding of biotinylated monoclonal antibodies may be visualized by adding 10 ul of a 25 ug/ml solution of a secondary developing reagent such as. Avidin-Carboxyfluorescein or Streptavidin-Phycoerythrin. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
