Usage
Suitable for use in place of neat antiserum in most antibody-based techniques, Avidin and streptavidin amplification systems for immunohistochemistry, ELISA, fluorescence microscopy and immunoblotting. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
PBS, 0.01 M, pH 7.2, 0.1% sodium azide No stabilizing proteins have been added. Purified IgG fraction covalently coupled, the N-Hydroxysuccinimide ester of biotin under mild conditions to give a high degree of substitution.
