Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Tissue culture supernatant
IHC - Paraffin (1:50)
IHC - Frozen (1:160)
Western blot (1:20)
Specificity and Use
NEFL + NEFH antibody was raised against neurofilament H, L.
Recognizes human Neurofilament H, L at 70kD and 200kD. Does not react with small cell lung carcinoma. Does not cross react with GFAP, Keratin, Vimentin or Desmin. Stains neurons in sections of brain and other tissues.
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50 diluted in PBS. Reduced staining which can be improved with a TUF pretreatment. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:160 diluted in PBS. Western Blot: 1:20.
1% FCS, 10 mM sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
