Recombinant fusion protein containing the extreme C-Terminus of rat NF-H, prepared from E. coli inclusion bodies by dissolution in urea followed by DEAE-cellulose ion exchange chromatography. Immunogen does not include the lysine-serine-proline multiphosphorylation repeat and stains neurofilaments irrespective of the level of phosphorylation.
