Nuclear matrix extract from MDCK cells.

Recognizes human nucleolin, MW 100kD and an additional protein, MW 95kD. Species cross-reactivity: canine and monkey. Does not cross-react with mouse or rat.

ICC: Showed positive immunostaining for nuceolin in HeLa cells fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.25% Triton-X 100. IP: Reported to immunoprecipitate nucleolin from a MDCK total cell lysate. WB: HeLa nuclear extract was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with Mouse Anti-Nucleolin (1:5000). Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse and a chemiluminescence detection system.
